Financial impact: In short term, the project will increase the expenses of the organization. It will cost them AUD 45000. But it will give many benefits to them in the long run. It will gradually reduce their cost and expenses. Values in the project Improved quality: The website development project was initiated to improve the quality of the researches in the center. After the completion, it will significantly improve research output quality for the unit. Cheaper expenses: The present project will reduce overlapping of activities and it will cost of operations.
